Tim Beckett
President

Tim began BTM Solutions in 1998. In the years before that, Tim was an Aerospace Engineering major at Mississippi State University. He opened and managed Radio Shack computer stores for two years, and in 1981 started with BESCO (Business Equipment and Supply Company) in the Mid-Range Computer Sales Department. Tim began selling and supporting SouthWare accounting software in 1982, and in 1998 bought the Mid-Range Division from BESCO and opened BTM Solutions.

 

Helen Stewart
Vice President of Operations

Helen has a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Mississippi State University . After graduation, Helen spent four years in a CPA firm. She then joined BESCO's Mid-Range Computer Division in 1986 where she began working in software support for the SouthWare product line. When Tim Beckett bought this division from BESCO, Helen began working at BTM Solutions the first day it opened. The rest is history. Helen has over 25 years of experience in accounting and software support.

 
Melissa Kellum
Customer Service Director

Melissa was one of the original crew from BESCO who has been at BTM Solutions since its inception. She has a B.S. degree from Mississippi University for Women in Business Management and has worked with SouthWare software for since 1992. Melissa is married with two children, a member of Hamilton Baptist Church where she is very active in children's ministries and an avid football fan.

 
Ricky Webster
Technical Consultant

Ricky has an Associates Degree in Computer Programming as well as an Associates Degree in Computer Networking from East Mississippi Community College . He was also on staff at EMCC for two years as a Local Area Network Instructor. Ricky has been in the Technical Department at BTM since May of 2002.

 
Scott Campbell
Support Specialist

Scott has a B.S. Degree in Accounting and has been with BTM since 2001, where he specializes in the manufacturing segment of software support. Scott worked in the fields of Inventory Control and Auditing for almost four years before joining BTM.

“My background in accounting and inventory control helps me provide our customers with a broad overview of their manufacturing processes and environment. I think this gives them an advantage when building their manufacturing model. This is something I enjoy doing in my job.”

 
Larry Williams
Support and Development Specialist

Larry has been with BTM Solutions since 2005. He has an Associate Degree in Information Technology from Southern Union . He also attended Auburn University for three years where he majored in Accounting and Economics. Larry has been a business owner and worked in application programming in accounting and inventory control which adds up to over 30 years of experience in the fields of software and accounting.

Susan Kinsey
Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Susan recently joined the company in December 2006, as an administrative accountant. She has 24 years of accounting experience with Weyerhaeuser Company.  Susan also has a degree in Marketing from Mississippi State University.  She enjoys country life and watching her son play sports.
